Founder & Co-director

Dr Hirbod Assa

Hirbod, is a fintech professor who is specialized in risk management. He has got two Ph.D., financial mathematics from the University of Montreal, and economics from Concordia University. He has been working with the industry for many years and has done projects with prestigious companies in different countries. He also regularly contributes to writing in the press and is very active on LinkedIn.

Co-director

Dr Fatemeh Behzadnejad

Fatmeh has got her Ph.D. in economics from McGill University in 2014. She has worked for several years as an economist and analyst in the industry and has experience in leading data-driven projects, especially using Stata, Python, and other statistical and data science tools.

Data Scientist

Dr Navid Parvini

Navid is a Ph.D. student in Finance at the University of Kent, UK. He received his MBA-Finance from the University of Tabriz, Iran. His main research interests are in the application of Machine Learning in Finance with a focus on Financial Forecasting and Natural Language Processing in financial markets.
